To mask or unmask? This is often a serious question that many ADHD Women face - even if only subconsciously.
It’s tricky because when we mask and communicate in neurotypical ways, we more easily avoid getting into “trouble” or rejected with a massive RSD hangover.
But then, we may come across as inauthentic and feel like no one gets us, making us feel alone and even rejected.
I won’t pretend ot have all of the answers here and yet will share ideas on how to navigate what feel like complex social interactions with neurotypical folks for this time in history.
