Do you find yourself feeling guilty or even ashamed of your anger? Or maybe you have people telling you not to get so upset? (Or even a spouse who tells you that you have an “anger problem” when the reality is you are the one carry all of the mental load and most of the physical load of your household?)You are not alone. Unfortunately, this is not uncommon for women.
The problem is, our rage, our anger is both valid and necessary. It sends us the message that something isn’t okay and encourages us to take action to address it.
But most so-called “anger management” programs are ineffective.
So in this episode, we dive into the problems people have with anger, why they’re there, what anger really is and how it can help us, and I’ll share my process to effectively work with your anger so it doesn’t plague you or come out when you least expect it in an unproductive way.
AND, at the end I’ll share about how to help yourself with an opportunity for nervous system regulation with ADHD.

How to Get Yourself To Do Your ADHD Care
Wednesday Apr 09, 2025
Wednesday Apr 09, 2025
One of the biggest struggles I see in ADHD women is getting themselves to do the things they know would help their ADHD - things I call “ADHD care”. Given the busy-ness most women, especially ADHD women, experience, plus the way our brains are wired, this makes sense. It truly can be hard to get ourselves to do stuff. AND, it’s possible.
In this episode we’ll explore the challenges of getting yourself to do your ADHD care consistently, what ADHD care really is and how it shifts, and how to get yourself to do it. I’ll even share a tool I’ve only ever shared in my paid programs for you to help yourself do this.
So if you’ve been struggling to do things that would help reduce the struggle with your ADHD, then this episode is for you.

Two CRUCIAL Practices to Stop an RSD Spiral with ADHD
Wednesday Apr 02, 2025
Wednesday Apr 02, 2025
Today, we're diving into one of the most intense emotional struggles for ADHDers: Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria, or RSD. If you've ever felt like a single comment or perceived criticism sent you into a tailspin—overthinking, self-blame, that heavy emotional crash—you are so not alone. I've been there. Recently.
But here's the good news: there's a way out of the spiral.
In this episode, I’m sharing two crucial practices that helped me stop an RSD spiral in its tracks—real talk, no fluff.
One is about embracing radical acceptance (even when it feels impossible), and the other is about regulating your nervous system to calm the emotional storm. These aren’t just theoretical tips; they’re what pulled me back from the edge just days ago.
✨ What’s in it for you? By the end of this episode, you'll have a toolkit to:
Recognize when an RSD spiral is starting
Interrupt the emotional chaos with simple, actionable strategies
Shift into calm and clarity, even when your brain feels like it’s working against you
If you've ever felt stuck in that rejection loop, this episode is your lifeline. Stay with me, and let's break the spiral together.

How to Overcome ADHD Task Paralysis: Two Shifts No One is Talking About
You know that moment when you need to start something—maybe it’s an email, a project, or just loading the dishwasher—but instead, you’re frozen? Like your brain is spinning in circles, screaming just do it, while your body refuses to cooperate?
That’s ADHD task paralysis, and if you’ve ever been trapped in that stuck feeling, you know how frustrating—no, maddening—it can be.
Everyone talks about breaking tasks down into smaller steps or setting timers. But what if those strategies don’t work for you?
What if the usual advice still leaves you staring at your to-do list like it’s written in an alien language?
In this episode, I’m sharing two game-changing shifts that no one is talking about—two mindset tweaks that can unlock your brain and get you moving without forcing yourself through sheer willpower.
Here’s what you’ll get from today’s episode:
The real reason your brain locks up—and why it has nothing to do with laziness or lack of motivation
The two shifts that can help you break free, even when you feel completely stuck
A practical way to apply these insights right now—so you can start moving, without the shame spiral
By the end of this episode, you won’t just understand your task paralysis—you’ll have the tools to work with your brain instead of fighting against it.

ADHD and Justice Sensitivity: How to Cope with Trump 2.0
Wednesday Mar 19, 2025
Wednesday Mar 19, 2025
Podcast Introduction: "ADHD and Justice Sensitivity: How to Cope with Trump 2.0"
Do you ever feel like your sense of justice is cranked up to full volume—so loud it’s impossible to ignore? Like you’re walking around with an internal siren that blares at every unfairness, every hypocrisy, every outright attack on basic human rights?
If you’re an ADHD woman, chances are you’re nodding along right now. Justice sensitivity isn’t just something we care about—it’s wired into us. And in times like these, when the news feels like a never-ending stress cycle, that sensitivity can feel overwhelming.
With Trump 2.0 looming large, the fear, the frustration, and the deep sense of this isn’t okay are hitting hard. And let’s be real—there are people who want us to stay frozen in that fear, because an overwhelmed brain isn’t a brain that takes action. So in today’s episode, we’re going to talk about how to navigate this storm without burning out.
Here’s what we’re diving into:
Why ADHD brains tend to have an intense justice sensitivity (yes, there’s science behind it!)
How to process the big emotions without shutting down—or getting stuck in doomscrolling
What effective action looks like so that you can protect your energy and make a difference
By the end of this episode, you’ll walk away with a plan: a way to move through the fear, channel that fire inside you, and take action in a way that actually works for your ADHD brain. Because staying in overwhelm isn’t an option, and neither is staying silent.

Procrastination or Perfectionism? The Hidden Struggle No One Talks About
Have you ever stared at your to-do list, knowing exactly what you need to do—but somehow, you just can’t start? Or maybe you start, but then obsess over every little detail until you feel completely stuck? What if I told you that procrastination and perfectionism aren’t opposites—but two sides of the same ADHD struggle?
In today’s episode, we’re unpacking the perfectionism-procrastination loop—why so many ADHD entrepreneurs get trapped in it and, most importantly, how to break free.
Because let’s be real: perfectionism feels productive, but in reality, it’s just fancy procrastination. It keeps you stuck in overthinking, self-doubt, and unfinished projects—while your big ideas sit on the shelf collecting dust. And I know you’ve got way too much brilliance to waste on that cycle.
By the end of this episode, you’ll know exactly how to stop letting perfectionism kill your progress, rewire your brain to take action before the last minute, and start getting things done without sacrificing quality.

When Tasks Feel PAINFUL with ADHD and How to Get Yourself to Do It Anyway
Wednesday Feb 26, 2025
Wednesday Feb 26, 2025
Ever notice how it feels almost painful to get yourself to do certain tasks? Or loke there is a complete block to even starting even when you want to?
This is super common with ADHD and is what we will explore together in this episode.
When we feel blocked around a task and don’t find a way to do it, we often end up with unfavorable consequences like penalties and fees, people being mad at or disappointed in us, losing things, or even having more disorganized space all of which exacerbates our ADHD and can lead to shame (definitely not helpful!).
There are three questions to ask yourself and address to move beyond these blocks that I’ll share so that you can do the painful thing in a less painful way.

How to Communicate Authentically with ADHD and Avoid Trouble
Wednesday Feb 19, 2025
Wednesday Feb 19, 2025
To mask or unmask? This is often a serious question that many ADHD Women face - even if only subconsciously.
It’s tricky because when we mask and communicate in neurotypical ways, we more easily avoid getting into “trouble” or rejected with a massive RSD hangover.
But then, we may come across as inauthentic and feel like no one gets us, making us feel alone and even rejected.
I won’t pretend ot have all of the answers here and yet will share ideas on how to navigate what feel like complex social interactions with neurotypical folks for this time in history.
